PART-TIME 3:30pm-8:00pm

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Cleaning Lead, you will oversee our cleaning team and maintain the cleanliness of our office space. Your primary duties will include:

1. Lead and Manage Cleaning Staff:

Coordinate schedules for the cleaning team.

Provide guidance to ensure high cleaning standards.

Focus on maintaining the front office area.

Act as a backup for cleaning in other areas.

2. Inventory Management:

Maintain and monitor cleaning supplies and equipment.

Requirements and Skills:

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Experience: Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; we value a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Skills:

• Effective communication for team coordination.
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling and supply management.
• Basic math skills for inventory tracking.

• Working with us may involve physical demands, including climbing (stairs, ladders), stooping (bending, kneeling, crawling), standing, walking, pushing/pulling items (up to 60 lbs.), lifting items (up to 50 lbs.), sweeping, shoveling, and grasping/fingering.
