We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our Miner Production team at our onsite location in Dubois, Idaho. As a Miner/Milling Associate, you will play a vital role in the production of our high-quality Thermocal Minerals products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain mining equipment to extract minerals from the earth
• Transport raw materials to the milling facility for processing
• Monitor and adjust milling processes to ensure product quality
• Assist with packaging and shipment of finished products
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in mining or milling operations preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on product quality
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
