We are seeking a dedicated Mining Production Associate to support bagging operations at our mill and assist with other production tasks across the mine site. This role plays a key part in our commitment to delivering high-quality mineral products to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate bagging machines to package bulk mineral products according to production schedules and quality standards
• Conduct quality checks on packaged products, including weight, labeling, and packaging integrity
• Palletize and prepare finished products for shipping
• Assist in mill production tasks such as material handling, machine operation, and cleaning
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and proper PPE use
• Accurately maintain production records and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in manufacturing, mining, or industrial production preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
• Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions (dust, noise, heat, cold)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
